Upcoming 2026 Budget Meetings

Council will be holding several meetings this month to review and discuss the 2026 budget. These meetings are expected to involve detailed discussion and debate, so earlier start times than usual have been scheduled to allow for a fulsome review.

Meeting Dates & Times:

• Monday, February 9th, 2026 at 6:00 pm – Departmental Budget Presentations
• Thursday, February 12th, 2026 at 6:00 pm – Service Partner Budget Presentations & Public Deputations
• Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 at 5:00 pm – Council Budget Discussion
• Monday, February 23rd, 2026 at 7:00 pm – Presentation of Final Budget for Approval

Public Participation:
Residents are encouraged to provide input on the 2026 budget. Feedback can be submitted via email, or members of the public can request to speak during the February 12th meeting. More information on requesting a delegation can be found here: ektwp.ca/delegationrequests
