Public Notice: New Cemetery By-Law for Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley

The Corporation of the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley has adopted a new Cemetery Rules and Regulations By-Law for the municipal cemeteries owned and operated by the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley and intends to submit said by-law to the Registrar of the Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act, 2002 for approval.

Any interested parties may contact the Township in-person at the main administrative office located at 6544 New Dublin Rd., by telephone at   (613) 345-7480 or by email at  deputyclerk@ektwp.ca  to access the proposed bylaw and to make copies of it.

This by-law is subject to the approval of the Registrar of the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 33 as amended.
