Notice to Residents: Tonight’s Public Meeting and Capacity Limits

Due to significant public interest in the proposed zoning amendments on Woods Road, the Township would like to remind residents that tonight’s Council Meeting can also be viewed live on our YouTube channel for those unable to attend in person.

In accordance with the Ontario Fire Code and the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, the maximum occupancy of Council Chambers is 51 persons. With Council members and staff in attendance, a maximum of 38 members of the public will be permitted entry.

To ensure compliance with occupancy limits and public safety requirements, the Fire Department will be on site to monitor and enforce capacity restrictions.
