North End Collection Schedule 2026

North End Recycling Collection Schedule | Effective January 1st, 2026

Starting January 1st, 2026, curbside recycling collection in the north end of Elizabethtown-Kitley (former Kitley Township) will continue as scheduled under Ontario’s new Blue Box program, now overseen by Circular Materials and collected by Emterra Environmental.

Garbage collection is not changing.
Even with changes to the recycling program, garbage pickup will remain the same as before and on the same collection days.

How you’ll receive your schedule:
Collection schedules will be mailed to residents within the collection area by Circular Materials in the coming days. The schedule is also available on our website [ektwp.ca/collection] and posted at various community centres and businesses in the north end.

Reminder: Curbside recycling is available only in the north end of the Township. Recycling is not collected curbside in the south end.
